Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers about artwork, print preparation, licensing and protected delivery.
Artwork
Choosing and understanding the work
What does Artiena Studio offer?
Artiena Studio offers original digital artwork prepared for refined residential, hospitality and commercial interiors. Public artwork pages appear only after portal readiness checks pass.
Are the room images physical products?
No. Room views and framed presentations are illustrative mock-ups unless a product page expressly identifies a physical print or frame. The current portal supplies controlled digital masters.
Can I combine several artworks?
Yes. Add approved variants from several artworks to one selection, then submit a combined licence application describing the project and installation locations.
Sizes & DPI
Printing at the correct specification
Why are only certain sizes selectable?
Each offered size is a portal print variant with its own physical dimensions, pixel dimensions, effective DPI, validation status and private master. Unapproved or incomplete sizes are not shown.
Does 300 DPI apply at every possible size?
No. Effective DPI changes with physical print size and pixel dimensions. Artiena displays the calculated value against each approved variant rather than making a universal DPI claim.
Can the Owner Centre add more sizes later?
Yes. The owner can add multiple variants to an artwork. A new size becomes customer-selectable only after it passes print validation, is active and is linked to a private master.
Licensing
Using the artwork correctly
Does selecting an artwork grant a licence?
No. Selection begins the application process. Artiena reviews the intended use, project, locations and quantities before quotation, agreement and certificate.
Can a personal licence be used for a hotel or client project?
Not unless the written licence expressly allows it. Hospitality, office, client, multi-location and reproduction uses require the relevant reviewed scope.
Do I own the copyright after payment?
No. Copyright and ownership remain with the rights holder unless an agreement expressly transfers specified rights in writing.
Delivery
Receiving and preserving the master
How is the final file delivered?
After the required approval, agreement, payment, certificate and owner release steps, the customer receives an expiring, account-bound download through the Artiena portal.
Is the master stored publicly?
No. Commercial masters remain in private storage. The public site uses protected previews and does not expose the permanent master location.
What should I do after downloading?
Verify the file details against the artwork page, preserve an untouched backup and give only the necessary working copy to the authorised professional printer.
