Our approach
Artiena Studio aims to make the artwork, approved size, licence scope, price and delivery conditions clear before payment. Mandatory rights available under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
1. Before payment or agreement
You may remove selected artwork or abandon a draft application. No licence is granted and no file is released merely because an artwork was selected or an application was submitted.
2. After protected digital release
Because a digital master cannot ordinarily be returned after access begins, a correctly described, non-defective file supplied within the accepted licence scope is generally not refundable for change of mind, incorrect wall measurements, printer incompatibility or colour differences caused by screens, substrates, inks or production settings.
3. When Artiena will help
Contact Artiena promptly if the supplied file is corrupt, materially different from the agreed variant, inaccessible because of an Artiena delivery fault, duplicated in billing, or accompanied by an incorrect licence record. Artiena will normally investigate and first provide a corrected file, replacement link, record correction or reasonable technical assistance. If a verified material issue cannot be resolved, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be considered.
4. Commissions and project work
Custom work, exclusivity and project licences are governed by their accepted quotation or agreement, including deposits, milestones, revisions and cancellation terms. Completed or reserved studio work may be non-refundable to the extent stated there and permitted by law.
5. Charges outside Artiena’s control
Currency conversion, bank charges, customs duties, taxes, third-party print costs and certain payment-processing charges may not be recoverable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
