1. About Artiena Studio
Artiena Studio is a brand operated by ARTIENA LLC in the United Arab Emirates. These terms govern use of the public website and portal. A customer-specific quotation, licence agreement or commission agreement applies in addition and prevails for its defined project if there is a conflict.
2. Lawful access
You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at scale, introduce malicious code or misuse protected previews, documents or download links.
3. Artwork information and selection
Artiena aims to describe artwork, dimensions, pixel specifications, effective DPI, format, availability and indicative pricing accurately. A selection or submitted application is not a granted licence and does not guarantee acceptance, availability or a fixed quotation.
Room scenes and frames are illustrative. Colour and apparent scale vary with screens, lighting, room dimensions, materials and printer settings.
4. Licence and ownership
Purchasing, paying for or downloading artwork does not transfer copyright or ownership unless an agreement expressly says so. Permission is limited to the named customer and the scope stated in the accepted quotation, agreement and certificate.
Unauthorised resale, redistribution, public sharing, sublicensing, merchandise, advertising, publishing, dataset use, tokenisation or AI training is prohibited.
5. Payment and acceptance
Payment becomes due according to the accepted quotation or checkout. Artiena may withhold a certificate or file release until the required agreement is accepted and cleared payment is recorded. Banks and payment providers may apply their own charges or currency conversion.
6. Protected digital delivery
Download access is personal, may expire and may be limited by attempts. Do not forward or publish a link. After download, verify the file, preserve an untouched backup and ensure any professional printer follows the authorised scope and keeps the file secure.
7. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate contact, project, location, quantity and intended-use information; suitable equipment and software; independent wall measurements; and obtaining professional print advice when required. You must not misrepresent an artwork or remove rights information.
8. Availability and suspension
Artiena may update services or suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, payment reversal, unlawful conduct or a material licence breach.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Artiena is not responsible for indirect loss, third-party printing decisions, colour variation, customer measurement errors or unauthorised use outside the agreed licence.
10. General
These terms are governed by applicable United Arab Emirates law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the dispute provisions in any project-specific agreement. Contact support@artienastudio.com first so Artiena can review a concern in good faith.
