ARTIENA LLC, operating the Artiena Studio brand in the United Arab Emirates, controls the personal data described in this policy unless a separate notice or agreement states otherwise.

We may collect account and identity details, contact enquiries, project and location information, artwork selections, licence applications, quotations, electronic acceptances, payment status, certificates, download activity, customer support messages and essential technical or security records.
Payment providers process card or banking details under their own privacy terms. Artiena does not ordinarily receive a customer’s complete card number.

We use information to operate accounts, answer enquiries, review intended artwork use, prepare quotations and agreements, record consent, process or verify payment, issue certificates, release protected files, prevent misuse, meet legal and accounting duties and improve service reliability.

Artiena uses access controls, private file storage, signed links, audit records and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, licensing evidence, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
